Why Credence ?
Credence Solar boasts a leading-edge manufacturing facility featuring a fully automated production line for consistent quality and efficiency. Key equipment includes NDC cutters, glass loaders, EVA and backsheet laying machines, MBB stringers with string-level EL checking, robotic layup systems, auto bussing, auto taping, fully automatic double-stage laminators, automatic gluing and framing systems, inline Hi-pot testers, and A+A+A+ Sun Simulators.
The production floor is equipped with an advanced environmental control system that maintains an ambient temperature of 25º to 30º with dust filtration. These optimized conditions reduce process variables, ensuring consistent product quality. With a current production capacity of 600 MW, expanding to 2,2GW, the facility can handle the largest module sizes in the industry, up to 2500 x 1500 mm. Located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, it is designed to meet the demands of a diverse and evolving solar market.
The facility is capable of processing 158.75mm, M10, and M12 cell sizes. Credence Solar offers a wide range of high-quality solar modules, including Mono PERC & Topcon, glass-to-glass bifacial designs, with power outputs reaching up to 730+ Wp. Superior quality and intelligent automation drive our commitment to excellence.
