To achieve what we have dreamt our modules are manufactured under one of the top class latest & most advanced state of art manufacturing facility with fully automatic line and having the latest testing facility located in Rajkot , Gujarat , India.
Manufacturing Facility
Credence Solar has one of the top class latest state of art manufacturing facility with Fully Automatic Line, Key equipment are NDC cutter, Glass Loader, EVA and Backsheet Laying machines, MBB Stringer with string level EL checking and Robot Layup system, Auto Bussing, Auto Taping, inline EL, Visual Front & Back, Fully automatic double stage laminator, Fully Automatic gluing & Framing, and Inline Hi-pot tester & A+A+A+ Sun Simulator
Production floor has equipped with automatic environmental controller with maintaining 25º to 30º ambient temperature with dust filter to achieve better process parameters and reduce process variables to improve and maintain the consistency of product quality.
Present Capacity of 160MW and expandable to 320MW with half cut facility with largest size of industry 2500 x 1500 mm can be processed in manufacturing line.
This elegant Manufacturing facility is located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
Capable to produce 158.75mm, M10 & M12 Sizes and with flat and round ribbon. The range of products up to 650+Wp.
Has Facility for Poly Crystalline, Mono PERC, Glass to Glass and Bifacial modules can be processed with superior quality and intelligent automation.
